Lead Times

Sometimes you will receive your order in more than one delivery if the product you ordered is from different factories or warehouses. By doing your delivery without any middleman you are assured of always getting the best possible price on your new bed straight from the factory warehouse. This means that you may receive your order in more than one delivery if you have purchased several items from different factories.
Deliveries in main city hubs are done within 5-7 days of purchase if the product is in stock.otherwise 14 working days please confirm with us on stock availability before purchasing.All deliveries out of main hub can take up to 14 working days of purchase.For special delivery requests please contact us so we can arrange something that will be best to accommodate your special needs. 

Keep in mind:

• Deliveries out of our immediate control (outsourced transporters) can have an impact on delivery dates and times as they schedule their own routes and times.
• We cannot commit to an estimated timeframe as the transport company may get delayed as a result of road accidents, traffic, road works etc. and this will also have an impact on the timing of your delivery.
• The transporter will be in direct contact with you, prior to delivery taking place.
