✅ Eligible Returns

• Items returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made products or items made to your specific measurements
• Products with custom fabric, design, or colour selections
• Furniture and lounge suites

🚚 Return Transport Costs

• Return transport and collection costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund
• We recommend inspecting your item thoroughly upon delivery before signing

💳 Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method
